Conditional II

Das Conditional II drückt unzutreffende, unrealistische, aber grundsätzlich denkbare Situationen in Gegenwart oder Zukunft aus.

Ein Satz, der im Conditional II steht, besteht aus zwei Satzteilen, dem If-Satz und dem Hauptsatz.

Wie man ein Satzgefüge mit dem Conditional II bildet:

If-Satz	Hauptsatz
If + Subjekt + Verb (Simple Past)	Subjekt + would + Verb
If I had a million pounds, Wenn ich eine Million Pfund hätte,	I would buy a big yacht. würde ich eine große Yacht kaufen.
