In this course Finance for non-financial managers you will learn how to use financial management in support of decision-making. Interpreting financial reports and making decisions based on available data, managing inventory and receivables, creating an accurate budget, costing a product or service, analysing customers, understanding your income taxes and communicating your contribution to the bottom line are all part of this course.

This course will require some prior knowledge, primarily of the four types of accounting, bookkeeping, financial accounting, managerial accounting and income taxes.

In case you are new to finance & accounting or relatively inexperienced with it, we recommend to do the DuoTrainin course Foundations of accounting before starting this course.
